PARKER Sheer Powder Blue Polka Dot Blouse

DETAILS:

Feel light, free, and unique in our new PARKER blouse.  This blouse is made in an upcycled  polka dot mesh in an angelic powder blue.  Although it has a high ruffle collar, the elastic neck band is made to be loose around your neck.  It features gathering in the front and back.  The dynamic sleeves are double belled with a small ruffle at the high shoulder.  She is perfect with our new cream SHILOH pant.  This top is made from upcycled material with a very limited quantity.

CONTENT + CARE:

Materials: upcycled poly mesh + nylon

Care: Hand wash in cold water and mild detergent, wring and hang to dry.
